SXSW ScreenBurn will host eSports professional gaming tournaments presented by IGN Pro League (IPL). Top professional gamers, such as TTeSports’ White-Ra and Millenium’s Stephano, have been voted in by the community to be flown to Austin, Texas to play in a live All-Star showmatch. $5,000 worth of prizes are up for grabs. SXSW ScreenBurn Arcade

The 2012 SXSW ScreenBurn Arcade sponsored by Alienware is the place to be for hands-on product demos and networking opportunities. Arcade exhibitors range from top gaming companies, such as Warner Bros., Sony and Alienware, to indie and educational game developers. Don’t miss this experience if you are entertained by the culture of gaming.

Arcade Events: Happy Hours, Music and Parties!

Every day of the Arcade will also include a Happy Hour and a bonus round of drinks. On Sunday, March 11, from 6:00 – 10:00 PM, SXSW registrants can check out live music at the Power Up Party presented by GREE with bands presented by Alternative Press.
